Aminordin Bin Omar’s extensive career accumulated sixteen years as a Workshop Engineer in Singapore Airlines Pte Ltd and seven years as Trainer with Service Quality Centre (SQC). “Partnership in Service Excellence” and “Human Factors and Error Management” were his signature and customized programme for SIA Engineering Co. He is ACTA qualified.

He is the director of business development for Diverse Learning, an education company that develops products and courses to make learning fun and interactive. He is also the lead trainer of Storyaire Academy, coaching aspiring solopreneurs and freelancers to start something of their own. Ranford is passionate about training and development and specializes in soft skills training.
