This course equips experienced clinic assistants with effective communication skills to manage challenging clients, understand chronic medical conditions, respiratory illnesses and pharmacology. It is highly recommended that participants without prior experience start from the Basic level. However, participants with adequate exposure and experience working in a healthcare/clinic setting can enrol and progress directly to the Advanced level.

Ms Rafika Ramli is a registered nurse with Singapore Nursing Board and has been a nurse educator with the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) for the past decade.
