Participants will learn how mindfulness, stemming from traditional Eastern practices and more recent Western studies, could powerfully enhance personal self-awareness and performance. Through this course, you will gain knowledge and understanding of the age-old, neuroscience-validated, practice of mindfulness. You will also experience well-being through being mindful in everyday living and being response-able in stressful situations as well as practice the wisdom of active and energetic ageing. Through this course, you will become more mindful of your thinking and actions.

Adrian Teo

Adrian spent 4 years in line management and 5 years in in-house management consultancy for the government; 5 years in an international NGO based in Coral Gables, Florida .  For the past 30 years, he has been the Consulting Principal of his own training consultancy.  Adrian has professional certifications in leadership; adventure learning facilitation (STADA); cross-cultural dimensions, coaching (ATD), counselling and competency training and assessments (ACTA).

Adrian Teo, coach-counsellor, dialogue-facilitator, trainer-developer, leader-mentor, spiritual-guide, spent decades exploring the many facets of the human mind. A firm advocate of active living, loving and learning, Adrian has since 2015 been a Mindfulness practitioner realizing that the way to well-being is through presence & integrative relationships. The Geragogy model is close to his heart and as President of SACE, he believes that conscious eldering opens your heart and mind and strengthens your connection to spirit and soul and thus enables you to give your best service to the community thus fostering your resilience to bounce back from the inevitable losses and strains in life
