冯崇胜是一名退休华文教师，曾任职与新加坡初级学院。冯老师热心于义工服务，也常参与广播剧、戏剧、戏曲等演出。目前，冯崇胜在飞跃AAA学院兼职讲员，参与多项课程的设计并担任该课程的讲师。
