This foundational program provides comprehensive coverage using a variety of concepts and techniques, along with a fully ready-to-use starter kit. Through this course, you will gain the skills in preparing and opening a session, employing effective communication skills, managing group dynamics, managing difficult situations, applying the appropriate facilitation tools and how to close a session.
