This 3-hour programme aims to equip you with a basic understanding of the art and science of baking and different baking ingredients. You will learn how to prepare any 2 of the following: Blueberry Muffins, Eggless Sesame Cookies, Brownie, Almond Cookie, Chocolate Cookie, Orange Cupcakes, Lava Cake, Cookies, Madeleines, Scones, Pound cake or Eggless gula Melaka cookies. By the end of the course, you will learn about baking ingredients, how to prepare and set up baking equipment, understand temperature control and execute and make pastry items.
