This course teaches learners how to do a cup of coffee enabling them to adjust to their taste. Learners will be able to differentiate the different types of coffee beans, explain the processing of coffee berries and roasting of coffee beans, and explore how coffee roasts are used in a cup of gourmet coffee. Learners will be introduced to the different methods of brewing coffee and extraction of coffee.
