In this course, participants will discover and learn nonya recipes for festive occasions. By the end of the course, participants will be able to handle and prepare the ingredients and cook the dish. Some of the dishes that will be taught include soups, appetisers, salads, laok pinggang besair, laok mangkok, laok piring kechik, drinks, desserts and others.
