日本的整理顾问山下英樹提出了“断捨離”的概念，推崇“少即是多”的极简主义生活方式。这种方式强调整理和整顿自己的物品以更好地了解自己并实现无杂物的生活的重要性。 “断捨離”不仅涵盖了物理上的减少杂物，也扩展到了心理和情感上的减少。通过处理多余和不必要的物品，人们可以创造空间，节省时间，并获得更自由、更充实的生活。大家来上这课程一起学习如何在生活中应用“断捨離”的原则，并享受少即是多的生活方式带来的好处。

Michelle Yeo has a Master of Social Science (Counselling) degree and has more than 15 years of working experience as a Counsellor, Trainer and Expressive Arts Consultant/Educator in the community and social services sectors. Michelle has demonstrated a strong desire to work with elderly and has been recognized with different various awards such as National Youth Award (volunteering group) from NCSS, Commonwealth Award and The President Citation awarded by Dr Wee Kim Wee, former President of Singapore for the voluntary works on the elderly care project. Michelle also completed "Introduction to Geragogy Guidelines“ organized by C3A. She is currently a Trainer and Content Developer with Tsao Foundation.Michelle Yeo
