舌诊是中医望诊的重要手段之一。在中医理论中，舌象与脏腑功能、疾病变化有密切的相关性，被认为可以反映人体脏腑的状况和气血的流通。通过观察自己的舌头外形、舌质、舌苔等特征，我们可以了解本身的体质和疾病情况，从而对证去养生，以便恢复五脏六腑的阴阳气血平衡，更有针对性地驱走身体的各种毛病。
