The programme aims to impart the computer knowledge and skills necessary for being a proficient computer user. It consists of 5 units: Computer Basics, Desktop, Windows, Document Creation and File Handling. By the end of the course, participants will gain practical computer skills and knowledge needed to use a computer and computer software confidently in their daily lives. This will help to prepare you to progress onto other courses involving basic computing confidently.

Miss Koh Bee Hoon has a first class honours degree in Computer Science from University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom and presently working as an Associate Trainer with NTUC LearningHub. She was a Certified IT Trainer by Microsoft, National Computer Board and also an approved teacher by the Ministry of Education to teach Computer-Related Subjects from Certificates to Advanced Diploma Courses. She has been in the IT Training industry since the year 1995. She has good experience in customizing and designing Microsoft Application training program and has good knowledge in developing courseware to meet the needs of corporate clients.Koh Bee Hoon
