配合 “健康SG” 的原则，在基本的西医治疗原则下，通过学习中医药理论，了解和预防呼吸、肠胃、肝胆系统的常见病。掌握中药与食物养生的知识，掌握中医呼吸、肠胃、肝胆系统的食疗药膳选用。强调日常生活中对于慢性呼吸和消化系统的自我保健的穴位与食疗。
