Declining memory ability is common among seniors. This course will enable seniors to learn various tools and techniques to aid recall and retention in many everyday situations. You will explore aspects such as memory skills, the types of memory, how to organise information in your brain, rote learning, traditional memory techniques and more!

Michael Lum
Michael Lum holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from NUS and a Masters of Commerce from UNSW. He pursued a Graduate Diploma (Training and Development) from Civil Service College, Singapore and a certificate in counselling.
