Be an Effective Volunteer (Conducted Online)

At the end of this workshop, participants will be equipped to effectively volunteer. Participants will:

1. Acquire sound knowledge of what volunteering is about, its importance and purpose.
2. Gain an understanding of serving attributes, basic people skills and time management skills.
3. Learn to draw on available resources and assistance for volunteering.
