This course aims to equip participants with skills and knowledge to maintain emotional well-being in daily life and promote self-worth and self-esteem. Participants will be introduced to several easy-to-learn and applicable self-care modalities, including mindfulness practices, the Zentangle method (a therapeutic art form), and emotional management with vibrational energies.

Dr Chiang Wai Fong
Dr Chiang Wai Fong is a Certified Zentangle Teacher® and have been sharing the Zentangle Method since 2015. She is also a UK Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner since 2016. She sees clients regularly to assist them with emotional management arising from depression, anxiety disorder, confidence issues, relationship issues, work/life stresses, etc. She is also completing her Teacher Training in MBCT-L (Mindfulness Behaviour Cognitive Therapy for Life) with Oxford University (UK) and will be ready to share useful mindfulness techniques for stress reduction and behavioural shift by March 2022.Reviews on Course
