Through this course, you will gain knowledge and mastery of body movement and coordination through simple, yet effective exercises designed and certified by physiotherapy professionals. With the primary goal of improving targeted body movements, coordination, and balance to perform daily routine tasks with ease, it will also help reduce the risk of falling and chances of injury with focused strengthening exercises. Through exercise, your mood will be boosted, and your mind will be activated, improving your overall quality of life.

Benedict Lau
Benedict Lau has over 20 years of experience in dance and fitness instruction. He created and taught two NSA programmes: Body Conscious Dance (15 hours, 28 runs, 350 seniors graduated) and Build Lower Body Strength with Workout and Dance (20 hours). An NTU Mechanical Engineering (Hons) graduate, Benedict is trained in Latin and Ballroom Dance (UK ISTD) and Geragogy Guidelines. He has taught at clubs, community centres, schools, and charity events. A top Latin/Ballroom competitor (1997-2007), he represented Malaysia in the SEA Games and Asian Games, ranking No. 1 in Malaysia DanceSport under the Olympic Council.
