Discover how you can strengthen your mental resilience and well-being, which are important factors of successful ageing. Join us to learn about mental well-being and the common issues affecting it. In our daily lives, we may face stressors which affect our ability to experience life positively and could increase our vulnerability to mental health difficulties. Through experiential learning, this course will help you pick up practical tips to enhance and maintain your mental well-being.

Carolynne Ng

Carolynne Ng is the Executive Director for The Good Life Family Club, a senior activity centre and Vice President of Man Fut Tong Welfare Society, a non profit organisation supporting seniors in the community. Currently she is undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Social Work with SUSS, after completing Masters of Arts in Professional Education with NTU-NIE.

Greg

Greg co-founded SG Assist, with a mission to build a sustainable ecosystem of care and promulgate the "kampong spirit" through mobile technology. Through the years, Greg has been actively volunteering his time in facilitating and organising programmes for seniors and joined the SG Assist Community.
