Clement Ong is a certified career and executive coach for over 20 years.  He is a Certified Career Practitioner (CCP) with Workforce Singapore and was awarded Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by International Coach Federation (ICF), USA.  He provides career transition programmes, facilitates career skills and connects people with critical aspects of their work, bringing self-awareness and clarity about life’s purpose and goals.  He holds a Master of Social Science in Professional Counselling (Swinburne University of Technology, Australia).

Lim Sim Hong

Lim Sim Hong has over 20 years of experience as trainer, job coach and curriculum development. With more than two thirds of her trainees being mature employees, she has gained a deep insight into the challenges surrounding the mature employees and a deep understanding of their strengths, limitations, concerns, needs and aspirations.  She is ACTA certified and holds a Degree in Accountancy (NUS) and Master Degree in Business Administration (Heriot Watt University, U.K.).

Patricia Auyeong

Patricia Auyeong is the in-house trainer at the CFS for work-life transition programmes. She also contextualizes course curriculum and train-the-trainers to deliver the programmes. Before joining CFS in 2015, she had held several executive appointments in the travel industry for over 35 years of which she spent 3 years with a CET (Continuing Education & Training) Institution. Patricia has 7 years of training experience, is ACTA certified and holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications and Media Management (University of South Australia).
