Clement Ong has been a certified career and executive coach for over 10 years. He connects people with critical aspects of their work, and enhances their self-awareness and clarity about life's purpose and goals. He is an Affiliated Faculty with Singapore Management University, Singapore Institute of Technology and Singapore University of Social Sciences. He also facilitates career skills programmes for Nanyang Technology University’ post and undergrads. He holds a Master of Social Science in Professional Counselling (Swinburne University of Technology, Australia).

Carolynne Ng Buan Ling

Carolynne Ng is a certified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) Facilitator and has obtained an Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF). She is an associate lecturer for MDIS, as well as an adjunct trainer of employability skills for CFS. Carolynne believes in connecting with people. She believes that as the dynamics in the business landscape constantly evolve, an abundance of opportunities lie. She is ACTA certified and holds a Bachelor of Business degree with University of Technology, Sydney

Chan Choon Seng

Chan Choon Seng is a trainer and facilitator of soft skills for adult learning in employment and employability skills and currently conducts CFS workshops to build senior learners’ confidence in using MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom and MS Teams at work. He is also a DISC coach and mentors on family matters in church and in the community. He has a diploma in Management Studies and ACTA certified. His work experience spans over 30 years holding various positions from engineering to management including 10 years as customer service and support manager for one of the worlds’ leading manufacturer and providers of printing solutions.
