我们常见的疾病很多时候都可以归纳为亚健康。亚健康状态于世界卫生组织(WHO) 的定义是，一个人介于健康与疾病之间的一种生理功能低下的状态。尽管实验室报告的所有必要物理和化学指标均呈阴性，但个人还会感到不适甚至疼痛。课程将教导常见亚健康症状的病因和发病机制，及了解中医在辨证方面的不同做法，如使用穴位按摩、调气和药膳。

Dr Clement Ng is effectively bicultural and bilingual. He has a Doctorate degree in Medicine from Nanjing University of TCM and founded TCMandYou Pte. Ltd. Clement is the Chairman of the Technical Committee for Complementary Medicine and Health Products and the Vice President of Singapore Acupuncture Association.
