An Experiential Introduction to Art Therapy

Participants will gain a basic understanding of art therapy through an art experiential facilitated by an art therapist. By the end of the course, participants will learn what art therapy is and those that can benefit, its differences from other approaches used in counselling, and the material and considerations needed to conduct it. Through this course, participants will gain greater self-awareness through the activities facilitated by a qualified Art Therapist.
