Participants will learn how to manage frustrations, stress, and anger in dealing with difficult people and how to get difficult people to become their allies, collaborators, and partners to purpose common goals. Through this course, participants will be able to calm their mind and focus on attending to the issue, to listen with the purpose to understand difficult people. By making the difficult people feel understood, validated and respected, you build a positive, meaningful, and rewarding working relationship encouraging them to want to contribute positively.
