This workshop aims to help you get an overview and plan for your care arrangements, regardless of your age and health conditions. Relevant real-life case studies will be shared, together with individual reflections and group sharing, helping to equip participants with the knowledge and ability to decide on the care they need and want.

Grace Sim
Grace Sim 是托福园 (Dover Park Hospice) 的资深专业职能治疗师，拥有超过 26 年为老年人士服务的经验。她目前拥有职能治疗一等荣誉学位和老年学硕士学位。她也是专业培训学院(Academy of Human Development) 和社会服务学院(Social Service Institute)的副培训师。2014年，她获得了成人教育者奖(Adult Educators’ Award)。她也曾经参加过死亡导乐(Death Doula)课程。Alexis Lok
