Bookmark the course so that you will receive notification(s) if there are new runs for this course.

This course trains participants to lead Therapeutic Nature Walks, a mindfulness-based activity. This is a course based on the National University of Singapore's Therapeutic Rainforest Program, initiated by the Mind Science Centre (MSC) where participants will lead walks in the rainforest and are guided to tune into the sights, sounds and scents of the natural environment around them. Research evidence has demonstrated health benefits to such activities, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems. Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to lead rainforest Walks for members of the public.
