About the Programme/Event

 

Drop by Punggol Regional Library for Make Inclusive Tech Sundays! (M.I.T Sundays!)

 

Event will be held within MakeIT at Punggol (Level 4)

 

• Learn about assistive tech(tech that helps with special needs), participate in co-creating low-cost, custom-fit assistive devices for persons with disabilities in MakeIT with Salvage Garden!

 

Salvage Garden is a community makerspace group focused on assistive tech, low-cost bespoke solutions for persons with disabilities, and open-sourced hardware.

 

This programme is supported by MakeIT, an NLB initiative that lets everyone learn about and try new technologies that can bring your ideas to life.

This event is for

 

• connecting like-minded folks (Persons with Disabilities, caregivers, willing learners, willing doers)
• learning and sharing about assistive tech
• co-creating assistive tech

 

This session is suitable for everybody regardless of abilities, knowledge & expertise.

 

This is not a certification programme. To be certified for tinkering, please sign up for the starter sessions
