Looking for something meaningful and exciting to embark on this new year?  Why not join in the Good Neighbours Project 2016 and kick start your very own dream project to bring neighbours and residents together?

The Good Neighbours Project (GNP) is an initiative organised by HDB, partnered with Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) and POSB, and supported by People's Association (PA), to encourage residents to initiate projects and activities to engage and bond with their neighbours. Teams could apply for seed funding not exceeding $1,000 under the GNP to implement their projects under the ‘Community’ and ‘Youth’ categories.

WHY JOIN GNP?

  • You can realise your dream project to bring neighbours and residents together
  • It gives you the opportunity to contribute to the community and society
  • Seed funding will be given to your team to carry out your project.
  • Shortlisted teams will get to share their projects with the larger community

HOW DO I APPLY?

Simply log on to www.hdb.gov.sg/goodneighboursproject to find out more details and apply online!  Application for the GNP 2016 is open now to 31 Jan 2016.

HOW ABOUT PAST GNP PROECTS?

From community gardening to live music sessions, past GNP teams have brought neighbours closer and built strong friendships within their community.  Find out more on the various community projects led by past GNP teams here!
