Participants will learn to master body movement and coordination through simple yet effective exercises designed and certified by physiotherapy professionals that can improve the overall quality of life for seniors. Improved coordination, coordination and strength will enable seniors to perform daily routine tasks with ease, reduce the risk of falling and chances of injury and greater mental well-being.

Ben Lau (Trainer)

Ben Lau created the programme “Body Conscious Dance" and taught dance classes in clubs.  Ben studied Latin and Ballroom Dance (UK ISTD) in the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance.  He is also trained in VPS (Value Principals in Sports).

Chow Wen Jie (Physiotherapist)

Chow Wen Jie is a Locum Physiotherapist, treating ICU, post-operative, post-stroke, and musculoskeletal injury patients. He is the founder of Physio Culture and is an in-house therapist.  He has a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy and is a certified DMA Pilates Instructor and AHPC registered Physiotherapist.
