Benedict Lau
Benedict Lau has over 20 years of experience in dance and fitness instruction. He created and taught two NSA programmes: Body Conscious Dance (15 hours, 28 runs, 350 seniors graduated) and Build Lower Body Strength with Workout and Dance (20 hours). An NTU Mechanical Engineering (Hons) graduate, Benedict is trained in Latin and Ballroom Dance (UK ISTD) and Geragogy Guidelines. He has taught at clubs, community centres, schools, and charity events. A top Latin/Ballroom competitor (1997-2007), he represented Malaysia in the SEA Games and Asian Games, ranking No. 1 in Malaysia DanceSport under the Olympic Council.
