a) Functioning Ageing - Keeping Healthy & Fit (8hrs)
This workshop focuses on helping anyone aged 50 and above to be equipped with the essentials to keep themselves healthy and fit. During the course, you will learn about the human body and common illnesses as well as how to reset the body to allow for self-healing and promote holistic wellness through health and fitness. By the end of the course, you will be able to pinpoint body areas/organs, prevent/manage/improve illnesses, reset the body through diet and adopt a daily fitness routine.

b) Holistic Nutrition (8hrs)
Thomas Edison said that the doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and the cause and prevention of disease. In this workshop, participants will learn about the Human body and Holistic Wellness, and in particular, the right food to eat, and be involved in making a Detox salad.
