Through experiential learning, this course will help you pick up practical tips to enhance and maintain your mental well-being.

Ms Jacqueline Lim has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, heritage and cultural sectors. She is a certified ACTA trainer, and passionate in designing and conducting programmes for elderly in the community. To better serve the silver population, Jacqueline is currently pursuing Master of Science in Applied Gerontology at NTU.
