该课程为乐龄人士提供心理和情绪上的学习，通过生命回顾的过程提高他们的生活满意度，并提高对临终规划的认识。通过互动的小组活动和生死教育，参加者将对过去有了更大的接受和欣赏，对自己和现在的生活更加满意，更愿意了解临终相关事宜，并获得了与人谈论死亡的沟通技巧。 The course will provide psych emotional learning for seniors to enhance their life satisfaction with the life review process and raise awareness and knowledge of forward planning on end-of-life matters. With the interactive groupwork experience and life & death education gained, participants have greater acceptance and appreciation about the past, more satisfied with themselves and current live, more receptive to learn about end-of-life related matters, acquired communication skills to talk about death with their loved ones.
